Creating life’s precious memories, one celebration at a time… I approach each event keeping this question in mind: “Would I enjoy being a guest here?”
Beginning my career as an intern in a busy Nashville recording studio on Music Row, I have since planned more than 100 events varying from intimate dinner parties for a few friends to a 3-week long Designer Show House with nearly 3,000 guests.
From weddings and wine tastings, to birthday parties and baby showers…if you’ve attended a party in Kennebunkport in the past 20 years, you’ve likely been to an event planned by me.
I’m often asked about the parties I throw, personally, for my family and friends. To be honest, I keep it pretty simple and low-key. I tend to have food that reflects the theme, and for decorating, I try to use items I already have on hand. I have had professional photographers capture some of my boys’ parties. I think this is one of the best investments to make in your event. I know that I want to enjoy the time with my guests, and I love using photos as thank you notes. And by the way, I LOVE an impromptu party!
When I’m not planning celebrations, I can usually be found with my family at the beach.
